Try www.statcounter.com, a free invisible web counter for your Active Rain blog or personal website. It is so easy. You create an account with www.statcounter.com and then you are provided with code to insert into your Active Rain blog or personal website and presto you will be able to monitor visitors to your blog or website and also find out where they are coming from.
To insert code to your Active Rain blog go to My Home and then click on Setting in the side navigation and then you insert code into blog description. Make sure you save your changes or you will have to do it over again.
You can also have stat reports emailed to you on a weekly basis making it even easier to keep track of your visitors. Have fun with this!

Kari, great tip to share with people. If I may, I would also recommend using Google Analytics. It's a free stats program for your website that gives you a wealth of information about visitors. And did I mention it's FREE?
kari, I will have to check this out. I have tried to set up Google Analytics, and am a little confused as to how to set it up. Here's hoping statcounter.com is a little easier.
